Why don't my budgies eat?

i just got them last hour and they don't eat

If you have only had them an hour please give them 3 or 4 weeks to get used to even being there. They will eat and look for food on their own when they get hungry enough.

You just got them an hour ago, their not going to eat right away.  Let them settle in for a couple hours, and once they get more comfortable they'll start eating.
