Question:

Why don't people put ice in their milk?

I mean, we put ice in all our other cold drinks. And even though the milk stands a risk of getting watered down, isn't that the same for pretty much any other drink? It's not like we have an aversion to milk and ice, considering the fact that we <3 milkshakes. Right?

  1. I didn't know milkshakes had milk and ice? I thought it was milk and ice CREAM.

But to answer your question, my husband does add ice cubes to his milk, but I don't drink it fast enough and it does get watery so I end up dumping it....just like I do my coke or tea if it gets watery.

  2. Try it and you'll see why.

  3. thats weird

  4. I've done it and it's great. Obviously, you don't let it sit until the ice melts. As an alternative, I kept a mug in the freezer and that was solely for milk. Ah, good memories.

  5. Good question - but my mom used to always put ice in her milk.

  6. GROSS! I drink whole milk because the other kinds taste like whole milk WITH ice in it.

  7. I don't like ice because after awhile for about an hour or so later it gets watered down and then it tastes bad. And plus it's already cold. Some of us have to be different. Not everyone likes the same thing, unless you find your equal/equals.

  8. my brother used to when he was a little kid. i think it would be disgusting, but i think milk is disgusting as it is.

people put ice in iced lattes, which are mostly milk.

  9. Ha! I have a Cousin who does that. He said he wants his Milk "extra cold".

  10. because it gon tasteeeee VERYYY weird and it a bad mixed....

    why dun u tryyy

    lol u gunna throw upppppppppp

  11. some people do drink milk with ice. and milk has to be refrigerated at all times so it's already cold. if you add ice cubes into milk and they melt, you get watery milk which tastes REALLY bad. hopefully this helps.

  12. I occasionally put ice in my milk. It's cold out of the fridge, but the ice makes it colder and to me tastes better. It reminds me of grade school when they handed out the little cartons of milk in the morning...sometimes it got so cold it had ice in it and just seemed to taste better. Years ago, (in high school) I would mix 1/3 glass of coffee, some sugar, milk and ice. It was great! Now it's everywhere.

I can't drink milk that's not cold...and warm milk, Yuck!!! Those people who warm their milk must have been breast fed.
