Why don't some men admit that they haven't been faithful to their partners?

whether emotionally or physically, If they don't love their partners anymore then they shouldn't worry about hurting her more by telling her the truth. Most women want to know the truth that to be left unanswered of feeling like in a hanging situation or like these guys are keeping our hopes up. I just don't understand why some people get into a relationship they can't really commit to but pretend they do.

Because they know that admitting it will definitely mess up the relationship and they still want to come back for the s*x.

Men don't admit cheating for the same reason women don't admit it. Another thing is that everyone who does this will eventuly get caught.
