Why aren't the illegal and legal Mexicans are not out there demanding Mexico reform? Is there some reason why Mexicans make Demands of America but oddly enough why want they get out there and start applying pressure to Mexico to reform ?

  1. Speak english yor in america

Mexico won't reform send em all back where they come from

    all of ya..........git

  2. Because they'd get arrested there.  Plain and simple.

  3. Oopppssss.....  they would probably get shot.

  4. Because then they'd be like "dude, Mexico sucks! this is why these illegals are coming to America!" then they'd have nothing to complain about and no one to point their fingers at for their problems. It's not the aliens that are tax money is going to, it's our corrupt government, QUIT blaming the Mexicans!

  5. Not a bad idea, you know

Let's begin by protesting against Mexico supporting fidel and its goons, and making life a torture for Cubans who arrived there

  6. Because that would take effort and dedication. It's much easier to take from us.

  7. Like American Man said:

It is less work (with better pay) to come here illeagally then protest the fact that people who aren't American citizens don't get the rights garunteed to American citizens (rights not garunteed to the illegal immigrants). They see a lot of gain from working and not paying taxes, yet recieving aid and social security. It would take a lot of effort, luck, and outside help (from more than just the US) to get the Mexican government and society to change.

  8. cuz they would go to jail for being in Mexico illegally and for protesting the government. The Illegals can make a living in Mexico they just would rather make more money here so they can go back and impress all the chicas.

  9. Nobody on either side is doing what you propose. This is because the debate is over the American immigration system and how best to fix it. Everybody believes it is broken. Some believe the solution to fixing it is to expel any illegal immigrants and make border security so tight nobody could get through. Others believe the solution is to bring the immigrants out of the shadows, legalize them, and institute reforms so that millions of people do not live in the shadows, vulnerable to exploitation again.

What the debate is not over, though, is Mexico's domestic policies. No doubt there is room for reform. But some things, like poverty, are not so easy to reform out of existence. But, like I said, the debate that you refer to is how to fix America's immigration system. The domestic policies of other countries are really separate debates.

  10. because it's easier to come over and get all the benefits. In Mexico if you have a baby you pay to support it, not the mexican government

  11. Because it pays better to come to the US illegally, b*tch about rights violations, racists, and collect/soak us for everything they can.

  12. To much hard work, don't have the b---- to do so, all mouth, would rather come here and mooch off the system. That is a few of the reasons why.

  13. Actually they do, all the time. Below is a link to a recent article from the Washington post talking about the protest epidemic in Mexico City.

And there's been quite a lot of reforms approved in recent years (mainly the last 5-10 years). However Mexico's democracy is extremely young, it has been less than ten years since they held the first truly democratic election. And that is after spending more than 70 years under what was once known as "the perfect dictatorship"

So, after almost 80 years of abandon and apathy there is whole lot of cleaning and reforming they got to do.

As to why they protest in the US... well, I don't really know.

When I do empathize with their struggle and can only imagine the kind of living conditions they face, I must say I feel often puzzled by the sense of entitlement I perceived among some of them.

To be totally honest, it seems to me that most of the more recent protests we see are motivated by American politicians manipulating these people in the interest of gaining supporters among the Hispanic-American community in the light of the coming elections.
