  1. they have this strechy peice of elastic that keeps them there where i live.


  2. generally moble liberaries dont go fast enough

    but sometimes there is a block on each shelf so the book has to be lifted out so they cant fly out

  3. as long as friction force less than centrafugal force the books will not move from their place
