Why don't the lips move for the PC version of Team Fortress 2?

Whenever I perform a taunt, they move and do the actions, but their lips always stay shut. Is it because of the game or because of lack in processing power?

just part of the gmae, dont forget the tuants usually have several diffrnet sayings so each one would need diffrnet lip synincg, hten a difrnet lip sync for each diffrent language. Anyway the game is on shooting the h**l out of each other wiht Sasha, not a Monoluge Drama  :P

Oh n the Source engine ( well garrymod at least ) only recently got updated to use fingers posing ( was only moving whole fist before), oh n if you use face posing of the TF2 models on Gmod, its horrible, there face polygons jsut mash into each other. so probs a lack of face posers stopping hte lip syncing too.
