The suits are manufactured not to, not cheap like at Wal-Mart, K-Mart or Target.

Good question.  Sometimes, I wish they did...

One reason could be that they are specifically made not to.  Those things are ENGINEERED for speed and hydrodynamics, so I don't imagine it would be hard to make them fit so that they don't move around too much. Plus, they all seem really tight.  I'm not sure how much 'give' they have to actually move around in the first place.

I think that they are really painted on.  They seem to fit rather snugly.
