Why don't they have New York style deli's in London?

Bagels and salt beef on rye would really go down well with office workers. We are fed up with hamburgers.

Surprised you don't have them. Maybe you work in the wrong neighbourhood. Loads of them in Edinburgh and Glasgow, even one in Aberdeen and thats a village.

There used to be  a NY style deli on Carnaby St.  I was suprised at how good it was: Corned Beef, Pastrami and sour pickles.  WOW.  I don't know if it's still there, but it's worth a check in the PHONE BOOK!....grin.

I don't know why, but there, you could have found a niche in the market that, if you are quick off the mark, you could fill.....Do something about it . You could start off small and who knows what would come of it. Good luck.
