Our local Chinese buffet restaurant serves lasagna in their buffet...do you have a China King Buffet where you live?  You could always suggest they serve it if they don't already...you could also make a huge pan yourself and then cut portions and freeze them for easy microwaving in the future (that's what I do).

I totally agree with you, Pizza Hut serves something similar to Lasanga on their Buffet iit's very cheesy and good, check them out it's the closest that I've came, but you can't order it from pizza hut it's only ontheir buffet.
