Why don't they make it illegal NOT to recycle?

I know alot of people will probably say things like "it wont' work" etc..... but is destroying our planet a good way to go?

I think the same thing! If were so worried about the environment and nobodys doing anything, make a law! I dont think its a good idea to make a way to fix the world, that just makes people careless. Like rich people think theycan do anything beacuse they have money. If it was a law, it would make people more aware of the change their making and their children will see polar bears. x x x
