Why don't they take the plaza where the World Trade Centers once stood and build a casino?

Look, I cant think of anything a terrorist would hate more than a big honking casino. Excuse me for thinking it would look better than a hole in the ground.

Why not propose your idea to New York's Fire Department and Police Department? (I'm quite sure that the widows and orphans of those killed would want to give you some input on your proposal as well.)
