war, inhumane living conditions, inhumane treatment etc. Why do we choose to let our governments rule our lives only to find out it's for their own personal gain and not the better of humanity?

  1. Show me the period  during your life time when things were right in the sense that the government never ruled our lives and their personal gains were no of the prime importance to them? The problem is that a majority of people have accepted that the system is beyond repair and unless some Masiha comes to their rescue there is no salvation for them.

  2. Because from a very young age we are led astray, and our perceptions of "good" and "bad" are completely distraught. Everything is lost in a haze, or was never presented to us in the first place. The truth is hidden and needs to be discovered, but often people are led down the wrong path and fail to acknowledge what is truly going on in the world, such as the events you describe. The fact of the matter is that people need to be educated before they can be shown the way, but because of the government they have been made insecure and judgemental -- so they may not even be open to accepting the truth. All one can do is try to explain, and hopefully people will choose the right action.

  3. We deal with it , well.... cuz we have 2. This is the way this cuntre works. Right or wrong!! If we dont like some thing at leats we can say it!!!! Thank GOD(yes GOD)  for it!!!

  4. Everybody does but not everyone has the same conception of what is right or wrong. That is why there is war. Is there an absolute right and wrong? It is thought not by many modern philosophers.

  5. you know what? you are totally right. but the thing is that these things got here because of sin and since everyone is full of the stuff, equal amounts, but some ppl who have not had God in their hearts act out of selfishness and not love or genuine concern. and even though we have all these great freedoms, ppl are afraid to excersise their rights because of what others might think.

  6. well..if we didn't fight those b*sterd terrorists they are going too destroy another building and kill hundreds of people....now..whose interest is it really?

the government dose its best too keep the country safe

you have no idea....if we didn't fight we would be a mess

I say if your *ss is not on the front lines you should keep your mouth shut about war...

war keeps us safe......for the better of humanity

and what do you suppose is "right" too fight for?

nothing because you are an anti-war bigot

this war today couldn't have a better cause

so we shouldn't of fought WWII?

because that started for us because they attacked us

No one attacks America and gets away with it

so if you want too just let these terrorist off the hook..ha..lets just see what happens

really...who is smarter : you..or several government officials?

    you have no idea

  7. We accept passively what our elected officials do.  Remember that everyone is right in their own mind, and the question then becomes who has the power to enact their agenda.

  8. Because man is inherently a coward, or at least not very brave and would rather wait until death is staring him in the face before he tries to defend himself.

  9. Because being right is no fun it is better to be wrong and happy than right and unhappy.

  10. "Talk is cheap and taking action is expensive."

  11. I'm too busy fighting for my right to party!!

But on a serious level, simply put, it gets tiring. When you really look at stuff like Guantanamo Bay and Exxon Mobile and all of that c**p, you just get tired. The march against Bush's re-election was one of the biggest the US has ever seen and once more, nothing changed.

    So what do we do?

I hate to say that I'm tired but...

I know it's wrong to say that people are dying and I'm the victim but...

the atrocities of this administration are endless and it just gets to be too much.
