Why don't we reconfigure race tracks for horses?

We could have hairpin curves, inclines, and other changes that would make horse racing even more exciting.

  2. It is only the American tracks that are in need to reconfiguration - you could try racing right handed a little more for a start!

    American tracks are very easy to ride, for a true test you need to watch the racing on European tracks.

    I know that many European jockeys fair badly in America, but that is because they are not used to riding h**l for leather from the start as American jockeys do: they are used to riding tactically - dropping horses in off the pace and then coming with a late flourish.  To be fair American jockeys do just as badly when they come over here!

    Steve Cauthen would be an exception - but he was only considered to be an average rider in the US!

  3. horses running 35 mph don't corner well.
