Why don't car or truck window wipers distract you? does anyone else think this is intersting

  1. You have a valid point. To avoid as much distraction as possible I really don't use them that much unless it's a driving rainstorm. I clean and treat the windshield a couple time per year with"Rainex". The water beads off the glass like a drop of water on a ducks back.

    I'd say windshield wipers rate similar to your everyday winking eye lids.

  3. As the user above said, I put Rain-X on my windows regularly. If I'm going over 40, I don't use my wipers once, no matter how bad it's raining.

    I think the reason wipers don't distract you is because you are focusing on the road, rather than the windshield.

    In either case, I use them so sparingly it's funny.
