Because the prostate is the gland in the male body in which it stores s***n. In a women the ovaries are the gland hold the eggs.

its because the prostate stores and secretes the alkaline fluid that makes up 10-30% of the volume of seminal fluid which along the spermatozoa constitutes s***n. the rest of the fluid is produced by the two seminal vesicles. Women dont have prostates because we dont need to produce s***n. The v****a is actually highly acidic and the alkaline seminal fluid neutralizes it.

Physically, women don't need prostrates.

Men don't need a uterus either, and guess what ~ thay don't have one!

We don't have penises, so we pretty much have no use for a prostate. If we had both then we'd all have to get s*x changes. Testosterone does not have a positive effect on a female.

The prostate makes the seminal fluid that is the carrier for sperm...hence it is a male thing.
