Why don't women leave anything up to the imagination?

I was reading a question by someone that asked why women don't like speedos. Most of the replys were saying that it leaves nothing to the imagination and that if a guy got well, excited that he couldn't hide it. I would like to know why women get to wear these tiny little bathing suits that leave nothing to the imagination and why you wouldn't want to know if a guy is happy to see you(if you know what i mean)?

Guys are Utilitarian. And they are also suppose to be the Aggressor.

Guys are judged by their abilities, not their looks.

But guys are attracted to beautiful women. therefore women try to attract men by making themselves as attractive and s**y as possible.

Guys are not called whores because it is their nature to be aggressive and therefore they are not held in contempt by society. On the other hand women are expected to control their urges.

I agree with you, I don't think women leave enough to the imagination either.  I was on a business trip with my employer once at a trade show, well I was in the company of the "good ole boys club" and all the guys wanted to go across the street after dinner to a stripper bar.  I declined politely and was teased and told if I wanted to be in the business I would have to accompany them or my status as a savy business person would be lessened.  Anyway I did end up going with them and was VERY surprised to notice that I in my business attire actually attracted more attention than the girls working there in their pasties and thong.  So honestly in my opinion a little modesty goes a long way.  It also determines what kind of attention a "lady" will get from the opposite s*x.  

And personally I think a man in a speedo looks like he is trying to attract attention to himself.  Which makes me think he is a little too self centered for my tastes.

well there are some things that woman get and men don't that you just have to live with.

Why when guys sleep with the more girls it doesn't mean anything and when girls sleep with a lot of guys they get called whores. Its just one of those things.

It depends on personal opinion. I like when men look s**y and show off a bit, so I like speedos.

It is true however, that many people are affected by the media, and women are pushed to expose themselves, and men are not. Unfortunately the media affects many people's opinions.

Because we're told constantly by the media and magazines that we have to bare all if we want to be considered attractive.
