Why don't wrestlers have paparazzis or media following them like actors and actress?

I know that wrestlers are just about as famous as actors and actresses, I have some kind of question in mind to ask....

Why don't the wrestlers have paparazzis, or the media, following their everyday lifestyles like actors and actress, singers etc?

Unless they are caught with needles in their arms or passed out at a popular club nobody will care or pay for the photographs.

I believe Chyna was once on TMZ, but mostly paparazzi don't follow them because of Vince McMahon, because they are afraid that he will sue them big time
