Question:

Why don't yahoo music videos play & music home page navigation menus don't appear?

I use to be able to view videos. Now all of a sudden I can't. I get blank (black) video windows, but it says "Done" at the bottom. I also noticed that the navigation menus on the Yahoo Music home page no longer appear either.

I've recently downloaded the lastest versions of Flash, Java and Internet Explorer 7, but that didn't help.

  1. Make sure you have:

    PC: Windows XP or 2000, IE 6.0 or greater, Firefox 1.5 or greater, Windows Media Player 9 or greater, and Flash player 8 or greater.

    Mac:OS X, IE 6.0 or greater, Firefox 1.5 or greater, Safari 1.2 or greater, and Flash player 8 or higher.
