Psychics do not get to choose what information they are given.  Depending on the type of psychic you are, you receive information in different ways.  Sometimes it is just a sensation because you can feel the energy around people and just know what is going to happen next if they continue on the same path.  

Sometimes, some psychics claim that spirits provide the info to them. The spirits who provide the information don't care if you are rich or poor.  Money does not matter in their dimension and they are only concerned with your spritual development.  They are not going to share winning lotto numbers because they simply don't care about that. And winning the lotto could even harm your spriritual development.

There have been reported incidents of people claiming that deceased loved ones have come to them in dreams and given them winning lotto numbers.  I am sure you can look this up pretty easily.

But keep in mind, that we are here to learn.  Everyone is here to learn something different.  Most people do not need to be rich to learn what they are here to learn....so spirits do not interfere with financial situations too frequently.  Though there are times when they will help you out.  Have you ever had an enexpected bill that puts you over the top and you don't know where you're going to find that money and somehow that money just makes it way to you?  Could be Grandma giving you a hand from the other side.

If you want to win more in the lottery, you have to realize the two

most important theories in the lottery games. The first theory is

what I call the frequency theory. The frequency theory is a proven

and tested theory that the numbers that have been the most frequent in

the past results are also going to most likely be the numbers that

will probably hit in the next drawings. Now, this is not just some

theory that someone made up out of the blue. But it is a theory that

Studies have revealed that choosing either hot numbers or cold numbers is

better than picking any random numbers. That is why it is so vital to consider the winning numbers of the past and based on those numbers, select your own lottery numbers.

have been the most frequent recognized as the hot numbers. If you want to

go by the law of averages theory, you want to select the cold numbers.

LANSING, Mich. (June 19) - The winner of last week's $57 million Mega Millions lottery jackpot is a registered s*x offender who also pleaded guilty to two breaking and entering charges in the 1980s.

Fred Topous Jr., 45, was discharged from Michigan Department of Corrections supervision in October 2006.

The Kent City man traveled to Lansing on Tuesday to claim the prize from Friday's drawing in the multistate game. Topous chose to take the prize as a $34 million lump sum payment, before taxes.

Topous said he planned to buy a house, send his children to college and have some fun with his winnings. He said he and his wife work multiple jobs to make ends meet and thought they'd have to work till they died.

"I want to enjoy a little bit of life," Topous told state lottery officials. "We're plain folks. We've struggled all our lives."

According to the Corrections Department's offender profile, Topous pleaded guilty to breaking and entering charges in 1984 and 1988 and to assault with intent to commit sexual penetration in 1999. In the latter case, Topous was charged with having s*x with a 13-year-old girl, USA Today reported.

All three offenses occurred in Grand Traverse County. Prosecutor Alan Schneider said Wednesday that he wasn't familiar with the cases.

The Michigan Lottery told Grand Rapids television station WOOD that anyone can play the lottery except those under 18 and those who work for the agency.

"He's had some tough breaks," friend and co-worker Jan Westcott told The Grand Rapids Press. "I know some of his secrets, and he knows some of mine. I'm not going any further."

A telephone message was left with Topous on Wednesday night.

Because it is a lot difficulty to find a PSYCHIC, and even if you find one the person could be discrete about it. After all, maybe he/she wanted to get another prize. Anyway, for some people a Psychic would need to get at least three prizes in a roll to make concrete predictions .

Somehow, there are some persons claiming psychic powers with winner lottery combinations.

It should not be common to find a One in Three Million persons. This is the minimum for the 5 Sigma (PSYCHIC, statistically significant level .) Even with this some lotteries could be difficulty to normal persons. If you wanted, there could be plenty of cases of 'normal' persons claiming prizes telling about dreams or intuitions. Even a persons with 2 sigma  or 3 sigma would not be qualified as "gifted", some people claim to see the things with a sigma 4 level. In any case, 3 sigma could win the Pick-3, 4 Sigma could win the Pick-4.

Imagine for a moment that you were a psychic, and you actually did win the lottery. Would you really want to tell anyone? If you put it out there in the press, you'd be 1) ridiculed and 2) swamped with requests from people who want you to do the same for them. Some believe that if you abuse psychic gifts you'll loose them--so if you ended up repeatedly winning the lottery in this fashion, you probably wouldn't stay psychic for very long. Most lottery winners have to protect their identity from potential thieves/murderers/blackmailers/etc anyhow--I knew a family whose kids were stalked when they won the lottery--so on the whole, there's no good reason to publicize your winnings, psychic or not.

This extends to psychics publicizing their abilities at all. Imagine that you were actually believed and the government took an interest in you. Would you really want to spend the rest of your life being experimented upon or compelled to supply, say, info about enemy troop positions? This reasoning leads me to suspect that those who speak the loudest about their abilities have the least.

Because the lottery doesn't discriminate. It treats everyone the same. The odds of winning are the same for everyone, psychics included. Their guesses are no better or worse than yours.
