Well that is a first, you won't find a lot of Psychics winning for a reason....

the information that Physics or anyone who has a sixth sense access is kept in a huge memory bank that has information about everything that happen from the time earth existed and "Possible" future until it;s end.

this Memory bank is called many names , one of them is Akhashic records...... even every detail about your life is there as well... In the future everybody will develop the ability to access this information without going to a physic....

However depending on your development some information you cannot access as it will hinder on your development...

If a Physic has to access every detail about their life, then they will never make mistakes and they will never learn anything... Such as getting Lotto Numbers, if they don't learn to deal with the conditions of managing finances. they Will just win the Lotto all the time and run away from what all of us are learning to do.. Go to work or run a business , get paid and manage the funds and things around it properly....

You can't put anyone in a box... every now and then you will find someone having a premonition of numbers and they win .. it's was their time to win period....

Most psychics can only tell something when it is happening or when someone or something they are going to predict is near them... Predicting the lottery would be very difficult to do
