Why don't you search before you answer..?

Question

it's really easy to search for the answer instead of issuing fatwas or saying :i think it's halal/haram...

is there anyone here who actually studied islam,or fiqh or shari'a..etc?

I don't think you should search for the answer because this Site is for people's opinions or else each individual can search for the answer by themselves...right? These question shouldn't be asked on yahoo answers unless you will check the answer or it is just to see people's general view about a specific subject or issue that you see is important.

Yes i usually search for answers that require more Islamic knowledge and understanding. I would hate to issue any comments on important matters that may be wrong in Islam.

Most people who come here don't know what they are talking about. Just because they know the "Fatiha", they think that they can answer any question about fiqh, 'aqeeda, shari'a. They don't realize the danger that is involved with giving an incorrect opinion.

Anyway, I used to take this forum a bit seriously, but I quickly realized that its just people bashing each other (shia's vs. sunnis) or just posting "religious" questions to mock.

well personally i studied some Islamic subjects, however im not illegible to give a Fatwa, i just answer for it might help, two minds is better than one.

an excellent question....people here are usually rely and prctice hearsay...they hardly ever read Glorious Quran carefully

by the way who has the right to declare some one who could give fatwa,,is there any degree to decree fatwas..

all Islamic Laws and Commands are given in Glorious Quran and every one Should and must Read carefully The Glorious Quran

[4:82] Why do they not study the Quran carefully? If it were from other than GOD, they would have found in it numerous contradictions.

the Law and Commands of Allah Allmighty is Consistenet and Unchangeable.every thing is in The Glorious Quran..

but sunni fatwa may not be accepted to shias and vice versa,,that means they have their different laws and commands on which they base their fatwa on..

For some things it's not Possible.

For example if you meet an Alien and they offer you a candy bar, is it Halal to take candy from an Alien?

One scholar cannot come up with the answer, he needs input from other humans who met the alien....stuff like that...

I wish people would do searches!! It kind of bugs me when someone asks a question which has been answered already, like ten times. I knwo that before I ask a question, I always search to see if someone else has asked it and had it answered. 4/5, I usually find one that's already been answered and I get my answer from there. Or just an internet search engine would do too.

If one could search the anwer themselves then whats the point of asking questions here ??

People ask questions here so they get different answers from all kinds of people ! Next time please dont ask a question Google it urself  :D !
