  3. I t is very simple machines are cheaper to employ than people, after all it is pointless shouting at a machine.

    If you want to know about a really good phone company in the UK then get back to me by email.

    I notice one of the other answers suggesting Talk talk, well I would stay a long long way away from them as well.

    If you are calling sales - upgrades, they answer within 5 rings.

    If you are calling accounts or complaints - they just dont answer - EVER!!!

    So their connection has been cut.

    My theory is that they're all out puffing away on a Marlboro Light as their phones trill away.

  13. Iv been arguing with the swines since friday. Its a bloody disgrace man.35 mins before i spoke to someone. Iv told them to shove there contract and went elswhere. And i sent them a complaint e mail too. Man you touched a raw nerve there

  15. I think this question is superb - if just for the irony - I don't actually have an answer but you may have a star!

  16. BT are complacent, i suppose they are rich enough and are big headed.  It could be that they have very little staff and no one really cares because the money is starvation wages.

  18. Either that or they put you on hold for about half an hour so that it costs you a fortune.  Rip off.  I've experienced this time and time again and it's really not fair.  A pound a minute or something too.
