Why dont any Liberal talk show ever make it if your ideas are so great? Air America total disaster?

I live on the East Coast and dont get any of those shows Where are they on at ?

He don't want to spend all day complaining about people the way Rush's people do. We have friends to talk to & do other things with our day.

Guess when people know they lie more than tell the truth, maybe that is why they do not have enough listeners to stay on the air.

dude,the problem is that there is a limited supply of dumbos that know how to turn on the radio and read the numbers on the dial........see public education sometimes helps.

Middle aged men of limited attainment and redneck car mechanics and tradesmen listen to afternoon talk radio. Liberals work and make the world go round in offices around the world which are far too august and sophisticated to play such rot.

I do like to listen to all sorts of talk shows. One descent one on Air America is the Thom Hartman show. I don't agree with him the majority of the time, but at least he doesn't fall into the trap most of the other liberal host do. That trap being call George Bush an idiot, call religious people stupid, call anyone who is concerned about illegal immigration a racist, if you don't agree with me you are uncaring and you want kids to starve in the streets. Rewind Repeat.

If really want to listen to the other shows try podcasting.

The only reason conservative shows do make it is because neocons have to be constantly spoonfed blather to survive. Liberals are able to think alone, outside of the pack.

am not a liberal so am casting opinion

I think that liberals are less likely to pay attention to radio, it moves pretty slowly and sometimes gets plodding, i think that they are more attracted to "flash" and media that moves more quickly

there are some liberal talk shows, and i listen to them, but in all honesty, we all have base values, and mine are often not compatible with some of the liberal values

it would be useful to have a show that actually disected the problems and opinions and make clear what is going on.

on a few occasions i have heard limbaugh come within a breath of making an observation that would have supported a liberal position, just to turn away
