  1. cats are *******

    dogs are hot dogs

    hot dogs are *****

  2. Because they are both territorial animals.

If dogs and cats are brought up together, they will not see the differences, and their territory - house - will be shared.

    And all animals are different.

  3. I don't know, let me ask mine....

  4. Cats are predatory animals, too, Iggy.

I think the whole "cats and dogs" thing is a stereotypical myth. Cats will hiss and swat at any unknown (and sometimes known) animals. Rather they be cats or dogs. But nine times out of ten if a cat and dog are raised together, or a cat comes into the picture as a kitten with the dog is full grown, they'll usually get along fine. Like someone above said, they're territorial so they wouldn't know the difference.

I got my cat two years after I got my dog. My dog had a gentle nature about her so when Salem came into the picture, she played little mother to her. I have pictures of Salem stretched across Cheyenne's back while she (Cheyenne) was lying down and Salem playing with her tail while doing so. I also have pictures of the two of them curled up together asleep.

When Cheyenne passed away, Salem mourned her for two weeks. She hardly ate, she walked the house and wailed for her, she even kept checking where Cheyenne's bed was.

Great, now I've made myself sad. LOL. I hope this helped :)

  5. Cats and dogs can get along just fine.  The problem is, cats are naturally wary of dogs because they are smaller and probably recognize the dog as a predator animal.  Obviously, their initial reaction tends to be fear.  If you have a nice dog, however, cats can easily get used to them and get along just fine.

Dogs, as predator animals, have the potential to see cats as things to chase or even kill (although this is not true of all dogs) without training.  If you introduce a puppy to cats at an earlier age, it is much easier to teach it not to attack cats, as it is still in the mindset of learning what actions go with what objects/creatures.

  6. idk my weener likes the p***y in the house

  7. Its natural to them,instinct.

  8. That's a stereotype.

My cat and dog love eachother.

  9. Maybe cats think dogs are incredibly ugly and that they have to hate them, lol. Or maybe it might be because most dogs are bigger and more rough, so the cat would be frightened of them.

  10. If they are not brought up together they will be wary of each other as cats know that a dog can do them serious harm and see them as a threat. Dogs will chase any small animal such as a cat if they dont know it as its their instinct to chase moving things or creatures. However they can get along very well when raised together or introduced carefully.

  11. i guess they dont like that *** sniffing thing.

  12. My cat likes dogs but not other cats - think its really due to the personality of the cat / dog.

  13. OH its because they are territorial and hate others coming in their territory.

Also cats hate dogs and dog hate cat and would run after them so there is no  getting along so they won't come together.

  14. all  species dont like other species doomass

  15. Because cats are smaller than dogs *most of the time, that is* and dogs are big an like to play obnoxiously and roughly, whereas cats prefer more gentle, dignified play.

  16. Some cats may see dogs as bigger and superior...

I've noticed is my dog is very playful and my cats hate that and my dog tries to get rough with them but they attack lol

    No one really knows :)

    Ask mother nature ;D
