what is the question?

against my better judgement , i am going to answer this question.  the answer is not politically correct, but it is the truth.

first thing, nowhere  outside of the southeast US, are(were) blacks used for farm labor.  very few blacks work on farms here anymore.  they were replaced by machines.  blacks are the worst farm workers.  they destroy equiptment at an astounding rate.  they are way too rough in livestock handling.  they have to be constantly retrained to do something that they have done many times.   they constantly want to borrow money. the mistakes that they make cost thousands of dollars.

an average tractor costs $75,000.  have it pulling an implement that cost $20,000.  someone who doesnt know what they are doing can do $10,000 worth of damage in a short time.  believe me,  if there is a way to destroy something,  a black will do it.  it has happened to me on more than one occasion.

i live in a large farming area,  thousands and thousands of acres of good land.  i know lots of other farmers.  i know zero successful black farmers.  every one that has tried , has gone bust.  blacks make up 75% of the population of my county.

the farmers didn't used to love blacks.  they liked some individuals, but they disliked the group.  they tolerated blacks  because they needed them for labor.  they no longer need them because of technological advances and different farming practices.
