Why dont messages stay deleted when the daily digest goes out?

if i delete a message from the group, it still appears in the next daily digest (even if this is sent out a day later). is there any way to fix this? i assumed that deleted meant just that, but yahoo seems to hold on to it

not only daily digest gets it, so does individual mail users. once it is posted to the group, it goes to all members e-mail settings regardless if you delete it later. you're only deleting it from the archives and that is is.

if you're having issus with inappropriate posts, moderate the member(s)

no you can only wipe out the post from the group web pages not the email so just keep everything moderated for a few days and then you should be right
