  1. because  ausiess  are  assies

  2. Because we have the balance about right..We can feed ourselves,we have plenty of natural gas and coal [we export it to the rest of the world] and renewable energy like wind and solar.

We have great weather and a lot less pollution than other countries.

The thing we are missing right now is water for the Murry/Darling river systems.

But a good rain depression in the right place and that will also be OK.

It's the best country on the planet and we want to keep it that way...

  3. becasue they need resident visas to  do it

  4. One reason could be is that they have the most poisonous, deadly creatures in one area out of anywhere else in the whole world. Oh, and they are known for being racist:

  5. You could also relocate half a billion Indians from overcrowded India to America. But there are obvious reasons why the Americans would not want to do that.

Besides, the whole world is overcrowded. Australia is not under-populated, rather much of the rest of the world is overpopulated.

Also, the country looks deceptively large on the map. In fact the only particularly attractive part of the country is a narrow strip along the eastern and south-eastern coast opposite New Zealand.

N.B. New Zealand has a population of 4 million, but Japan which is almost exactly the same size manages to squeeze in 127 million. But I don't think we would want to cover every part of the globe in dense giant metropolises simply because it is like that in some places.

  6. people tend to group together. and they tend towards cities and big towns where there's more conveniences like shopping markets, electricity, Telstra coverage that actually works (lol) and the like, not to mention there's more jobs available in denser populations. That's why poopulation is more concentrated around cities like Sydney and Melbourne, etc than the emptier lands further out. If you go further out, you'll be one of the first people living out there so you'll have to deal with all the initial problems that comes with living in new ground and have less of the conveniences until you've managed to find a way to bring these conveniences to you. Then that's when the folks will start flocking in.

  7. Why?

    Look in the real world.

    Back in the past.

It is not what it is today in time.

Today when traveling from one district to another may take one hour in driving.

Back in the past it may take a week in trekking time.

So how far can they go back in the past?

Then with time the community grew from there in time.

If they can run as fast as they can in those days.

The environment would have been save in time.

Now look what happen with the droughts that last a year long in time?

    What do you think?

  8. Don't worry after 9/11 people are fastly heading towards Australia. its just a question of time when you'll say "Teeming Auckland" , "Teeming Sydney".

  9. An analysis of new census figures has shown that Australia is suffering from an unprecedented "man drought".

The statistics have revealed that there are almost 100,000 more females than males in Australia.
