Why dont my muscles show?

i work out and when i hardened it it goes up and looks good but it goes back down?

  1. you have to keep working out consistently...


  2. Eat more protein... Tuna fish has a lot of protein and so does Chicken. If you don't like these foods try a protein supliment.  

  3. you probaly have too much fat.

    it helps to burn it off

  4. wat u are experianceing is called the pump its when you work out a muscle more blood is pumped to that muscel but after a while it goes down it happens to everyone you need to work out all the time to get your muscels big eat lots of protien and burn off excess fat for good deffiniton then youl have good muscels

  6. You need to eliminate your percentage body fat more to get more defined/toned muscles.

  7. I think you mean when you are lifting you can see the muscles, but when you are cool then it is not as visible.

    The muscles gain fluid in the cells during exercies which is why they look bigger then than at rest.

    If you continue to work out and have a low body fat percentage then you will have better looking muscles all of the time, not just when lifting.

    It takes time to build and change the way your body looks.
