  1. This is an opportunity.

Since you are asking the question and have thought about it, take the chance and have a talk with your parents. If you ask them the question, they will either avoid answering (in which case you lose nothing, but they have something to think about) or they will tell you, and you will know.

The other opportunity for you is to find out what you want to do....

Many kids complain that their parents force them to play a sport, and then come to all the games shouting at them to play harder so they can be proud.

If your parents leave you alone, at least you find out what you really want to play, as you are in control.

So, in some ways, you are lucky.

    Best regards,

  2. man thats ****** up . maybe its because your parents are over pertective and they dont want to see you get hurt just keep playin and doin and what u do and i think your parents will come around

  3. Kudos to you on your achievements in the sporting arena, but if you don't mind me saying so, your English leaves a lot to be desired.

Whilst admitting that sports are very important in life, one should also know that unless one is of top caliber, one cannot make a living out of sports.

    That's where education comes in.

Nobody takes a person who cannot speak or write properly, seriously.

Probably your parents have this in mind.

    No offense. All the best

  4. First you have accoplished a lot...one day your parents will relize their big mistake...hopefully

My parents was the same way..well my step father ws always drunk and my mother was at work... thye never even showed up for my Senior night. if i was you amke your own trophy case..and display it in your room.keep all the great work up and  hopefully you can get into college with all that hard work you have done!! and maybe one day we wil see you at the Olympic trials

  5. ah sounds like they have some issues with sports, or rather girls playing sport. im a sporty chick too and my parents have always supported me in everything. if i were you, i would sit down with one of them or both and just have a heart to heart. ask them what their problems are, at least then you know where they stand and you can defend yourself, perhaps help them understand why you enjoy it and why its important to you.
