Why dont my pictures show up in search engines?

I have my pictures, with my name tagged to it sometimes in many places, but apparently not enough because when I search engine it, nothing comes up! Maybe it's because my name is super common? If that was the case though, would not many pictures show up?!? Only 4 pictures pop up as a result. Or is it some type of privacy protection act that I'm not aware of?
