why dont the cops get a warrant for all the names of the people who had purchased something online like a grow light for growing marijuana. if the website is called something like marijuanagrowlights.com, i think its pretty obvious what they're gonna do with that light. are the cops not aloud to do that or something?

  1. Our police can't keep up with internet crime. Besides the fact that sometimes its not worth the time or the effort it takes to find and convict someone on a charge that at min. will be a yr or so in jail. There is roughly 1 cop for every 5 people . Everyone can't get caught all the time.

  2. Mearly owning a "grow light," or a supercharger, a novelty license plate, or any device, that isnt contraband in-and-of-itself, is not unlawful.  Its when that item is used for unlawful reasons it becomes unlawful.

OK, lets look at a realistic license plate that says "Fridaddy." I buy it and hang it in my den, thats OK!.  But now I put it on my car, we now are using a lawful device for a unlawful reason.

And again, who says those grow lights are not used for pretty flowers, or award winning tomatos?

  3. because they would be overwhelmed....just like they are with those s*x predator idiots online

  4. the Internet is owned by everyone. There are no police for the Internet. All the police can do on the Internet is entrap pervs by role playing like they are 12 year old girls, talking to older men. you know, like that "to catch a predator" fad.

  5. because its not illegal to own suspicous things like lamps its illegal to be used for illegal things

    thanks
