  1. BCOZ THEY DONT WANT TO !!


  2. As per the regulations of TRAI (Telecom Regulations of India), only Govt undertaking (BSNL) alone is allowed to issue directory.  

    Hence, none of the private operators like Reliance, TATA, Airtel etc are issuing directory.

    However, as per the interest of the subcriber, the subcriber on his will and interest can advertise in Yellow pages.

  4. Nobody issues a telephone directory except BSNL and may be MTNL.

    Neither Reliance nor Tata!!
