  1. Limited slip differential gears in the back!

  2. The front wheels are the ones that are turning, so the back ones dont squeel, to make them squell you have to make a sharp turn most likely you should be going pretty fast!

    vrum vrum!!!!

  3. Simple, they just follow the front wheels while they are turning.

  4. The front wheels are obviously turning the car while the rear wheels are simply just following the front tires. It's the shape and length of the car. Hard to explain... you just have to look at it simply...

  5. They would if you had a locked rear end or differential. A regular Differential by design let one wheel run faster or slower or at the same speed of the other wheel if the drive shaft is turning. If the drive shaft is not turning as if the trany is in park then the wheel will be lock still There are trick diffs. That control excessive wheel spin as the wheel with less traction tend to spin. These types of rear ends are called limited slip; posit traction, which causes the spinning wheels traction to transfer to the non spinning wheel and give that wheel more traction. I could go in to the parts of the differential but I think that is more than need to answer you question. The reason the front wheel do not skid is all most the same but that the wheel each have their own axles that are not connected. Four wheel drive vehicles have front differential that may of not be limited slip.

  6. The spider gears in the differential allow one wheel to turn faster than the other in a turn...the spider gears 'walk" around the carrier side gears to allow this. Locking differentials on race cars don't have this or control the amount to limit the slip of the tires...hence limited-slip axles called posi-traction or lockers.

  7. they dont turn the front ones do thats why they squeel
