Why dont they like me more than a freind?

well im 20 and i have alot of freinds that are girls and most of em think im very good looking funny caring and good with kids but why dont they like me more as a freind its weird are girls looking for the PERFECT guy? i mean im not cocky but i think im a catch and a good person? any advice? thank you all

The  problem you're encountering is these girls have put you in the friend zone.  Girls who do this rarely if ever see the guy as a guy but more of an asexual pal.  And the sad part is, once you're there...  you usually never become more than that.  A lot of guys make this mistake, thinking if you're friends with her she'll like you...  sure she will...  but now you're just "one of the girls"...
