Why dont they recycle paper in israel?

um israel is not that big.. so i think i would know it if they are recycling paper.. and besides i live here!

  4. they tried to recycle, i don't know if they still do, probably very expensive, and maybe Israelis do not bother too much about collecting paper for recycling.

    you could ask in the ministry responsible for the environment, they should know.

This answer applies equally to Palestinians and Israelis:  it isn't a racist or antisemitic thing.  The Peoples of the Book, i.e. Jews, Christians, Muslims and Baha'i, see the planet as created by God for the benefit of humans.  This tends to be interpreted in terms of subduing Earth and using it for our own ends.  This suggests that recycling is not important.
