  2. Many people do, but it is several times more expensive than conventional oils so there is little economic incentive to do so.

  3. Synthetic oil cost about 90 to 100 dollars a barrel to make right now and its just a matter of economics, until we find an effecient cheap alternative oil is what we will use

    We should use a lot more ethanol - right now we pay farmers to not grow crops. We should stop that and have them grow ethanol products that would replace oil

    Brazil no longer imports oil - we could do that too and it would be carbon neutral as well!
