Why dos my sky broadband go off when my phone rings?

hi, have you been given one of those new phones? ive read people having trouble with them , you have to change your settings , for more in fo look up trouble shooting on your modem settings page.

The first answer is more accurate and helpful although not always the case can be other equipment in the house not microfiltered and could also be a BT line fault.
