Why dosant ebay have the option to list "buy it now" items?

Yoou have to meet the minimun requirements to use it, here is the help page with the info for the buy it now feature/

Requirements: To sell with Buy It Now, you must have either a minimum feedback rating of 10 or be ID verified. Or if you have a PayPal account, you need to have a minimum feedback score of 5 and accept PayPal as a payment method.

it does you just have to look on the left of the panel when you are searching for items

edit: under where it says "buying options" is a tab that has it listed... just search for some item and look to the left under "search options"
