Carnival Gave me a price quote 2 months ago for a 8 day cruise but wanted my Airline ID, I sent it to them and they said it as ok. 2 months later I get a bill and my cruise has gone up over $350. I contacted them again and they said they could not read the Airline name on the ID so they changed the price. Then they said resend it and I did. Then after they received it they gave me another price that I agreed to. The very next day they called my home and said that it was not a passenger airline so they would not give the discount. I had informed them over and over that it was a freight airline. I have emailed Carnival several times and even sent it to the top people. And No one at Carnival cares. CARNIVAL SUCKS when it comes to customers service. Any Suggestions???
