Why dose it seems like life ain't worth living sometimes?

Idk....I'm just tired of pain and by the way I always add more details to comment back, so be sure to check in.

Sometimes we feel at the bottom of that deep dark well with no way out.

Don't forget that this will pass and you WILL come out of it, because you CAN.

I always do this in these times:

-Make a list of my positive attributes, qualities and achievements

- Make a list of what I rightly deserve and want

- Make a list of the blessings that you DO have in life and haven't been thinking about!

Set up a plan to achieve what you want...

Go get'em!

... And don't you do anything regretful!!!

If you ever even think of harming yourself in anyway, call someone you know... or call 911 right away.

Always remember ... the bad experiences in life are what make the good ones so memorable.  If you were always happy you wouldn't appreciate it because it would just be expected.  This is why lots of really wealthy people aren't happy.  They always get what they want and they aren't thankful for it because it is so expected.  They have no reason to be excited about getting something knew because they can have anything they want.  It really is the challenge that makes it worthwhile.

You shouldn't feel that way,there are plenty of reasons to live for.I think people who feel this way focus more on the negative than they do the positive and that's why they feel this way.You are meant to live.Pray to GOD about this because GOD can solve anything.GOD BLESS you!

the list goes on and on.. its same for everyone."life is full of excuses ,excuses not to do this and that,excuses not to live and excusus and excuses".its hard to see bright side of life.we all have excuses to end our life or these excuses are quite valid and true but still there is a part of u that wants to live.do we really want to die? "no one loves you" think over it for a while then u will say yeah few pple love me.for evry neagtive u have positive points in life too .no on can have everything in life.if u can have everything in life, then u r not a human.humans are meant to live like this.. no one can have perfect life.

I think it's because people lead empty lives and yet they expect it to mean so much.  They fill their houses with things if they can, and if they can't they dream about it or are bitter about it.  But everyone does have pain.  The real test is if you can turn the pain into something meaningful, rather than ignoring it or amplifying it for years and years.  I can't figure it out, and a lot of times I don't feel like it's worth it.  But then again, I expect to feel that way w/ depression, and I just try to write or produce something of value.

Pain, suffering, being hurt by the ones you love...eh, the list goes on.

I just take life one day at a time...I like to think that I'm doing OK. lol!

Well, we must be strong enough to take on life...we *were* once sperm fighting against others of our kind! LOL!
