it is possible the cat is alergic to that formula

it is not really diarrhea. its kitten poo. when a kitten is still under 12 weeks old, it has really runny poo. when a kitten drinks its mother's milk, it basically poos it out. when a kitten poos the mom eats it and then she gets back the nutrients and makes more milk.   Good Luck with your little baby

because it is 1 month old. When I adopted my cat at 3 months he was barely getting out of his diarrheas. If the kitten is on a liquid diet, which is best for him/her, it is normal to have runny stools. You may want to try talking to the vet about it but it is most likely normal in cats this young.

i guess maybe the formula doesn't suitable for your 1 month kitten..
