Why dose this happen to me?

i have always loved combat and right now i was watching a video on youtube and it showed soldiers going into a army heilcoptors. i started having visions of me being on one of the helicoptors and the helicoptor geting shot down. when i was watching another video of vietnam footage. and it was a video with combat in it. i started having viseons of me being in combat and being wounded. why dose this happen to be if i have never been in combat before?

i think it hs something to do with the paic attack evey time you get a panic you mightbe thinking that in the combat zone it is you who is actually in there and i would say it has something to do with the panic attack.

just try meditations or relax your self.
