  1. he probably doesn't race at milwaukee because the cup side of nascar is in a different state...i don't think he's into the NNS quite like bowyer and edwards (who are going for the championship) so he probably doesn't want to travel out of state to go to a nationwide race...if the cup side was in milwaukee during the same weekend, i'm sure he would race...Good Question!

  2. Because Matt is smart. Leave the Nationwide race to the Nationwide drivers and the claim jumpers/nation invaders.

  3. Some guys like to race in as many races as possible.  Some like to focus on one series.  I guess Kenseth's one of the guys who wants to focus on one series.

  4. Cause he cant drive.

  5. The Milwaukee race is difficult to do double duty with.  It comes on the same weekend as Infineon in Sonoma, CA.  Usually only the drivers running for the NNS title do double duty.  It is hard flying that far and the schedule makes it hard to do.  If a Cup driver does commute, someone else has to set up and qualify their car because it is physically impossible for them to do it theirselves (unless they lose out on Cup practice).

The schedule is so tight that last year Denny Hamlin missed the start of the race!!  They had to switch drivers during a pit stop!

I am sure Matt would race at his "home" track if it were an easier feat!
