  1. shut off norton and see if you can get msn to work

  2. Your best bet is to just contact MSN Support, explain to them what is happening, copy the error code number and what the error says, and send that along with your contact email as well, and then just wait for them to contact you via email with a solution.  I have had this happen to me many times.

  3. Since you're experiencing pop ups, it maybe virus that's causing the problem. This would be the case especially if the same things happen when you open Internet Explorer. In this case, just re-install Windows and MSN. It should work. If not, the previous solution still works for all. Or you could try re-installing MSN, even another version is fine. Hope this helps! Cheers.

  4. u have an old version get the newest or ur windows xp not ready yet for it...

  5. VIRUS ALERT MUHAHAHAH SOZ LOL

    IM VERY HYPER TODAY ;)

  6. look at the error code ... and put that error code on google and u will find the answer ... msn gives problem to me too sometimes .... and i do what i told u ...

  7. The same thing happens to me!!! I try and sign in on Windows Live Messenger, Troubleshoot comes up and now I have to have all my conversations on Windows Messenger!!!!!!!!!

  8. It does it to me too sometimes, first of all, try going onto your internet explorer to see if it works or not and if it works, keep your internet explorer on and then try signing into your msn again.

I works for me all the time.
