Why during the night do I wake up three times always at the same times?

I have heard it has something to do with bio rhythms.  I have also heard that it has to do with hormones.  I can tell you that since I've been going through menopause, I wake up at the same time every night, twice a night.  

You know, it could be one of a million things.  If it bugs you and or depriving you of good restful sleep, you might want to see your doctor.

Or you can just wait it out.

How's that for something to chew on?

u would have practised getting up at that time earlier.

sleep in a dark place, hear a mild music before u sleep, read a boring novel, drink a glass of hot milk before u sleep.

lie on ur right side with ur right hand plam under ur cheeks.this will help u to have a good and peaceful sleep.
