Why e-commerce is not popular in Malaysia?

why online shopping is not pop in malaysia but it is very successful in South Korea, Japan, Europe and US? We Malaysian don't trust online shopping?

  1. The quality of goods has to be trustworthy.

    There must be efficient delivery and tracking system. (eg. Amazon Japan deliver books within 1-2 days, most online stores deliver within 2-4 days.)

    Need various payment systems (not only credit card, but also web money, e-money, T/T from bank, payment at 7eleven, etc)

    Decent supporting center is also necessary.
