Its not the earth rotating in anti clockwise direction because when the earth started rotation billions of years ago the watch was not invented.

So essentially speaking its not the fault of earth its jes tat our clocks rotate in the direction opposite to that of the earth

That's easy.  Our original clocks were sundials.  If the Earth rotates one way, then the sun and its shadow on the sundial appear to go the other way.  If the Earth was spinning the other direction, the sun would appear to go the other direction and therefore our clocks would go the other direction...and you'd still be asking this question!
