Why elevator in sim tower doesnt work for me?

bcause people in sim tower dont want to use that elevator. they just used a stairs. its hard, because its make me cant made an office or condo in 5 storyor more. so my tower just have a 4 story. help me please anyone... thanks!

  1. You either have to service it or go into options and set it up and turn it on. Good Luck
