Why entrepreneurs concentrating only on hyderabad in AP.They better concentrate on Guntur and Vizag.?

Real Estate is too costly in Hyderabad now and the infrastructure like Transportation is collapsing. II Tier cities are better cost wise.Unless someone starts there, there can not be a allround development.

Yeah, I can't imagine what sort of dismal place the middle east would be if civilized entrepreneurial types didn't visit the place, build up the infrastructure, and enlighten the peoples with education.
