Why everytime a bad tackle is made why is it always the melbourne storm to Blame?

Like this new Chicken Wing thing.. Last year it was the storms fault for the grapple, crusher and prowler Tackles. I dont get it, dont other teams do anything wrong..

Just makes me laugh that the storm are always the ones who do everything and its always the broncos who call them out.. weird..

The northern teams cannot handle the fact that an 'outsider' is performing better than their teams. It's typical NSW and QLD sporting behavior where they have to bring down anyone who is beating them... doesn't matter which sport. I guess it also does help that we (Storm) have the best coach in the NRL and I also believe that we have some sort of a 'wrestling' coach working for us...

Sorry to say this - but they are mentioned with the grapple tackle etc as they invented it. Other teams were forced to copy it for a while, but they had a start as they were coached to do it, and then had a season or two while the other coaches tried to enforce the same style into there play. Now it is banned, it is good.

It was a good strategie when they adopted it. It forced the attacking team to slow and allow the Storm to get the defensive line set. But if you want to whinge about why they are mentioned about it all the time - they introduced it.

The Media people the opinionated ones, You know the so called journalists. They couldn't get us canned or relocated  so now we have to be the fall guys for Evey mister meaner they can name.

Its because melbourne are the 'outsiders'... they need to blame it on someone so they pick us... but see the thing is... why would we practice these illegal tackles... when we know we're gonna cop it for them if we do... so its just a load of bullsh*t!!! The other teams need to stop playing the blame games and look at there own techinques and problems!!

As for the broncos always the ones to call them out... well lets just say... storm have got something over them and they hate it... storm havent had the best start to the season yet the broncos lose the first game to us...

Thats easy to answer,trophy envy,most of the criticism comes from sydney media,who can't stand the fact that a relatively newly formed melbourne club have been so successful,they are using every angle to discredit our high standing in a game that they should be kings at,given their history.
